A backup saves your lists, templates, catalog items, categories, and settings into one file, so you have a copy if you switch phones or reinstall the app. Each export makes a new file — older ones stay wherever you saved them.
- On the More tab, tap Settings.
On the Settings screen, under Data, tap Backup.
The Latest backup line at the top reads No backup exported yet until you export for the first time.

- Tap Export.
- Choose where to save the file in the sheet that opens.
A message confirms the export, and the Latest backup line now shows the date, like "Last exported on 9/20/2026, 11:59 AM."

Tip: Backup files are not encrypted, so store them only in places you trust.
