Deleting a template removes the template and the set of items it held. The items themselves stay in your catalog, and lists you have already started from the template keep their own copy of everything.

  1. On the Templates screen, press and hold the template you want to remove.

The screen switches to selection with that one template picked.

  2. Optional: tap any other template you also want to remove.
  3. Tap the menu button at the top of the screen.
  4. Tap Delete.
  5. Read the confirmation, which names the one template or counts the ones you picked.

Cancel closes it, deletes nothing, and leaves your selection as it was.

  6. Tap Delete in the confirmation.

The templates are gone from the Templates screen, and this cannot be undone. A template you may want again is worth duplicating before you remove the original.

Tip: to remove a single template while you are looking at it, tap the three-dot button on its screen and tap Delete. The same confirmation appears, and you land back on the Templates screen once it is done.
