When the same change applies to a handful of items, select them on the template's own screen and do it once instead of opening each one.
- Open the template.
Press and hold the first item.
The back arrow now clears your selection instead of leaving the template. The top of the screen counts what you have picked, and the three-dot button beside it opens the selection menu.
Tap each further item you want.
A selected row is highlighted and carries a tick.

- Tap the three-dot button at the top of the screen.
Tap the action you want.

Whatever you pick applies to everything selected.
What the menu offers
- Select all — picks every item the template shows, and it leaves the menu once they are all picked.
- Change — sets the same Category, Quantity or Weight for everything selected. With one item selected, this entry reads Edit and opens that item instead.
- Create — makes a new List (
) or Template out of the selected items.
- Copy to — puts a copy of them into another List (
) or Template, and this template keeps them.
- Move to — takes them out of this template and into another List or Template.
- Delete — takes them out of the template after you confirm.
