What's on the All Lists tab
Every trip you pack for, one row each, with its dates, packing progress and weight. Search your lists by name, or select several to change, copy or delete them together.
The All Lists tab shows every packing list you have made, one row per trip. Tap a row to open that list.

At the top
The magnifying glass searches your lists by name. Once you have typed two letters, the tab narrows to the lists whose names contain them, whether you type capitals or not. When no name matches, the tab reads No matching results. Tap the back arrow beside the search field to see all your lists again.
What a row shows
- Current Trip — a label in the top-right corner of the one list that is your current trip. See Set a list as your current trip.
- The icon and the name. The row takes the list's color, and the icon sits beside the name — see Choose a color and an icon.
- The travel dates. The number of nights follows the dates when both a start and an end date are set. A list without travel dates has no date line.
- The progress bar. The dark part is the share of items on the list that are already packed. With the Ready status on (
), a striped part behind it shows the items that are ready, packed ones included — see Mark items as ready before packing.
- The total. The combined weight of the items on the list, with each item counted as many times as you plan to pack it. An item without a weight adds nothing.
- The packed count, such as 3/12 packed: how many items are packed out of all the items on the list. A list with no items shows 0/0.
The plus button in the bottom-right corner creates a new list — see Create a packing list.
Selecting lists
Press and hold a row to select that list, then tap other rows to add them or tap a selected one to take it out again. The top of the screen shows how many lists are selected. While you select, the selected rows are highlighted and the others lose their color and fade. Tap the back arrow to clear the selection.

The three-dot button opens the selection menu:
- Select all — selects every list on the tab, or every list your search found. It leaves the menu once everything is selected.
- Change — with two or more lists selected, gives all of them the same Color or Icon.
- Edit — opens the list for editing. It shows with one list selected. See Edit a list.
- Create — makes a new List (
) or Template from the items on the selected lists, each item once. With one list selected, the new list is a duplicate of it — see Duplicate a list.
- Copy to — puts the items of the selected lists into another List (
) or Template you pick. The selected lists are not offered as a destination. An item that is already there takes the quantity from the copy.
- Delete — removes the selected lists after a confirmation. See Delete a list.
