Tidying a catalog one item at a time gets slow. Select the items once, then act on all of them.

  1. On the Catalog tab, press and hold the first item.

The catalog switches to selection, and the top of the screen shows how many items you have selected.

  2. Tap each further item you want.

Each item you select gets a tick.

  3. Tap the menu button at the top of the screen.
  4. Tap the action you want.

What the menu offers

  • Select all — selects every item you can see: the whole catalog, or only the matches while you are searching.
  • Edit — opens the item for editing. Available with one item selected.
  • Change category — puts everything selected into the category you choose, or into No Category. Tap Move to apply it. The items stay selected afterwards, so you can go on with the same group.

  • Delete — removes the items from the catalog and from every list they are on. The confirmation says how many lists that is, and it cannot be undone.

Cancel on either sheet changes nothing.

Tip: to leave selection without changing anything, tap the back arrow at the top left.
