Change several items at once
Select items in a list and change their category, quantity or weight together, move or copy them to another list, or delete them in one go.
When the same change applies to a handful of items, select them and do it once instead of opening each one.
- Open the list.
Press and hold the first item.
The list switches to selection, and the top of the screen shows how many items you have selected.
Tap each further item you want.
- Tap the menu button at the top of the screen.
Tap the action you want.
The change applies to everything selected. Items that are still on the list stay selected afterwards, so you can apply another change to the same group.
What the menu offers
- Edit — opens the item for editing. Available with one item selected.
- Change — sets the same Category, Quantity or Weight for everything selected. Available from two items.
- Create — makes a new List (
) or Template out of the selected items. - Copy to — puts a copy of them into another List () or Template, leaving this list as it is.
Move to — takes them out of this list and into another List or Template. Pick where they go, then tap Move.
Delete — removes them from the list after a confirmation. Cancel there keeps the items and your selection.
Tip: to pick everything at once, open the menu and tap Select all.
